DELIVERY INFORMATION

Important Information Regarding Your Delivery

How long will delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days (Mon–Fri).
  • Busy periods: up to 10 working days.
  • 95% of orders arrive within 48 hours from dispatch.
  • We’ll keep you updated by email and SMS.
  • Please note: delivery dates are estimates only, we cannot guarantee named delivery dates.

Can I get weekend or timed delivery?

Yes. Extra services are available at haulier’s rates. Please call us to add these to your order.

  • Timed Delivery: Window between 10:00–16:00 (arrival ±30 minutes).
  • AM Delivery: 09:00–12:00.
  • PM Delivery: 12:00–17:00.
  • Next Day Delivery.
  • Saturday Delivery.

Not all depots provide all services – please check with us.

Special note on 7.5T delivery vehicles

  • Nationwide restriction: tail-lifts over 750kg are not allowed.
  • Customers requiring a 7.5T vehicle must either:
    • Have a forklift available, or
    • Order a smaller 750kg pallet.
  • If not mentioned in advance, splitting/re-delivery costs will be charged before delivery proceeds.
Delivery surcharges
  • Most Deutschland postcodes are free.
  • Some exceptions apply, automatically calculated at checkout.
  • You’ll see the final delivered price before payment.
  • For accurate costs & times, please contact us.
Missed deliveries or re-routes
  • If we cannot contact you or leave the pallet safely, the delivery will be marked unsuccessful.
  • Re-delivery charges apply at haulier’s rates.
  • Always double-check your delivery address & phone number.
  • Wrong depot deliveries due to incorrect details will incur re-route fees.
  • Please keep your phone & email open on delivery day.
Wrong delivery details
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct details.
  • Address changes must be sent in writing before 9:30 AM next day after order placement.
  • Late changes may incur additional fees.
What happens after I place my order?
  • Orders are prepared in our warehouse, palletised & shrink-wrapped.
  • Collected by our pallet network → sent to the national hub → delivered by a local partner.
How will my order be delivered?
  • Standard delivery: vehicle with tail-lift.
  • Driver unloads with a pallet pump truck and places it where possible.
  • Contracted delivery is kerbside only (onto property is at driver’s discretion).
  • Smaller vehicles available (12T, 7.5T, or smaller) — please mention in delivery notes.
  • Refusal of kerbside delivery = partial refund minus incurred costs.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

  • Signature not required — goods can be left without you if noted in delivery instructions.
  • However, we recommend being present to inspect the pallet.
  • If left unattended, neither we nor our partners are liable after delivery.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
  • Yes, we deliver across all of Europe.
  • Please contact us before ordering to confirm any surcharges for your area.
What if there’s a problem?
  • Contact us immediately by phone or email — we’ll resolve issues quickly.
  • For complaints, please send:
    • Written statement.
    • Copy of receipt/proof of purchase.
    • Proof of delivery (if applicable).
    • Photos of the issue.
    • Any additional supporting details.
